A 1901 restored Edwardian townhouse in downtown Auckland, New Zealand, Braemar on Parliament Street Bed and Breakfast provides elegant accommodation for the discerning traveller. Upstairs in the Batten Suite, a guest suite of three rooms, the bedroom is furnished with antique furniture and a queen size posturepaedic bed, separate tiled shower and toilet. The third room in the suite is a private lounge with heritage open fireplace, the couch folding out to sleep two when required. We also have two guest-rooms that share the original big bathroom.

Downstairs the original maid's room is now a cosy and quiet bedroom and has a private bathroom.
All guestrooms have internet access. All our bathrooms have restored old style large clawfoot baths and separate stand-alone tiled showers, served by continuous hot water gas burners. Heat lamps warm these areas as fans extract the steam. All toiletries are complimentary and we endeavour to offer the finest New Zealand made products available.
